This document governs your use of the jl007 platform. Please read it carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing jl007, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
By accessing, browsing, or using the jl007 website (jl007.vip) or any jl007 mobile web interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"), together with jl007's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the jl007 platform. Continued use of jl007 following the posting of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Agreement is between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl007 Operations Inc. ("jl007," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the jl007 platform licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
To register and maintain an account on jl007, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
jl007 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds obtained through ineligible use of the platform.
Each Player may hold only one (1) account on jl007. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be suspended upon detection, with all balances held pending investigation.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.
jl007 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. KYC may require submission of:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to jl007's satisfaction. jl007 is not liable for delays caused by a Player's failure to timely submit required documentation.
All funds deposited into your jl007 wallet are credited in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jl007 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited in real time once confirmed by the payment provider.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. jl007 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for GCash and within the same business day for bank transfers, subject to banking system availability.
jl007 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification, anti-fraud review, or regulatory compliance checks. In the event of suspected fraud or money laundering, jl007 may freeze account funds and report the matter to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the account holder.
Important: jl007 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl007 bears no responsibility.
jl007 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

Each game available on the jl007 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall prevail for that specific game.
jl007 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. All RNG software is independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published by jl007 reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer round that prevents normal completion, the round may be declared void and all bets returned to Players' wallets. jl007 reserves sole discretion to determine the appropriate resolution of any interrupted live game.
Bet results are final once confirmed and settled. Errors in game display, interface, or connectivity that originate on the Player's device or internet connection do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation after settlement.

All content on the jl007 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, audio, video, text, logos, and the jl007 brand name and marks — is the proprietary property of jl007 Operations Inc. or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl007 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No other right or license is granted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any jl007 content without prior written authorization from jl007.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl007 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the jl007 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunities, even if jl007 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jl007's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the jl007 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl007 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability. jl007 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
jl007 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Upon termination for cause, jl007 may forfeit any remaining bonus balance and withhold withdrawable funds pending investigation. Funds determined to be legitimately owned by the Player following investigation will be returned through the Player's last verified payment method.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their jl007 account may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals will be settled prior to closure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. jl007 operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR and is subject to Philippine gaming law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to jl007 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. (PDRCI), or to the competent courts of Makati City at jl007's election.
Players who believe jl007 has acted in breach of its PAGCOR license may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaints process.
jl007 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl007 will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the jl007 platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the jl007 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using jl007 and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
The version of these Terms currently published on the jl007 website supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
